WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING? mat, hand weights, runners, water, towel. NOTE: outdoor boot camps run rain or shine so dress for the elements :)

 PHYSICAL BENEFITS: Increased fitness levels, reduced body fat, increased muscle tone & more energy.  All levels of fitness are welcome.  Modifications are given as needed. Boot Camp workouts consist of cardio, resistance, calisthenics, plyometrics, circuit & interval training, yoga, basic kickboxing & much more.

 REFUND POLICY: Body Balance does not give refunds, unless a Boot Camp has been cancelled due to low registration. Services are not transferable. Body Balance may offer a credit towards future sessions on an individual case basis. A minimum of $25 up to a maximum of $50 administrative fee will be applied to the credit (amount depends on total amount paid for services).
