February is Heart Month! Sandi Knox from Body Balance was on Breakfast Television February 25, 2009. Sandi demonstrated some stretches that are key before & after you begin any cardio workout. She also shared how to find & take your pulse as well as explaining "target heart rate" or the rate that your heart should be beating at in order to give your heart a good workout!

Sandi Knox, Fitness Instructor & Co-Owner of Body Balance was invited back on Breakfast Television April 15, 2009.  Swimsuit season is fast approaching and many people are looking for unique ways to get their body ready to hit the beach! Sandi demonstrated various exercises using medicine balls that people can do on their own or with a partner.
